The Victoria Resource Center Forum was inadvertently deleted by our new web host when the domain was transferred in a buy out.  

The Forum is now a Yahoo Group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VictoriaYC/. 

For the present time I am limiting membership to "Interested" Victoria Skippers only.
